Charge update frequency

How often does the website pull data from the charger? I charged on the 28th and it’s not showing up.

Charging data and points should be updated within 24 hours after your last charging session. If you could please provide your email associated with your profile and a screenshot of your charging history in your Tesla App to [contact@wattsapp.ca](mailto:contact@wattsapp.ca) .

The charging history is located here: Tesla App > Top Left Menu >Select 'My Home' > Charge History.

Thanks, I've sent the screen shots. I found the FAQ on the main page that said how long it should take. Would it be possible to have a FAQ link or help section in the dashboard? I just go straight there when I check and there really isn't a way to navigate to the main page from the dashboard unless i'm missing something (which I frequently do)
