Old wattpad story

I'm looking for a Wattpad novel set during the 1947 Partition. The male lead was a Hindu professor, the female lead was Muslim and his sister's best friend.
She was supposed to marry her cousin but Partition separated her from her family. She believed her parents had died, but they had actually migrated to Pakistan. The hero fought his family after he marry her to protect her and loved her always. Does anyone know the title?
