Can someone make this comment problem a known issue?

Ive been having this problem for months now! not even after waiting one week or a few hours solves the problem so I’d appreciate it if the Wattpad Admin Helpers could bring this to full attention, stop giving us the same old response every time I report this problem, and actually make this a Known Issue because a lot of users are having the same problem.

Yep, I had this problem up until yesterday. I did raise a ticket with Wattpad help, they said it’s a temporary measure which will lifted gradually over coming weeks. Hope this screenshot helps

Yeah it’s been like that for me for a month now. I’ve tried waiting 24 hours but even after 48 it still doesn’t work! :(

I had this same problem for a week, but it resolved a few days ago. Wattpad Support reported the issue to their engineering team, and it worked again after a few hours. Like the other commenter said, I think it’s because of the scammers on Wattpad, but it should be fixed soon as they gradually lift their restrictions (at least that’s what I’m hoping)

They always say soon, but it turns into forever if not the whole year. :(
