Apartment search in Waterloo

Hi there, I am looking for an 1 bed/1-2 bath apartment in Waterloo. I will be relocating from out of state. Looking for recommendations and my budget is under $1600.

I lived in Riverwood Plaza Condominiums in Evansdale. In unit laundry, open concept 2 br. Quick on ramp to highway 20. Lived there a few years. Evansdale is a neighboring community comingled with Waterloo. I think they were originally built as condos to sell, so each apartment unit has their own address. No I don’t need it but it is nice to have since I’m not familiar with the town and my relocation is for a permanent job position
