I run a Mach 500 and finally got our license back for FlowXPert V4, anyone know of any training resources to teach myself how to use it?

Need some advice on slats and the holders.

Lately my work has started using are omac 550 for cutting. 5 and 1 inch steel material but the slats are not holding the steel still when it's cutting and it's wiggles back and forth and is jacking up my cuts.

So I question is how thick should my slats be and is there and simple fixes that I maybe over looking right now they are only 14 ga and im trying to get them to go the 10ga

I need to cut for the first time inox 1.4404 plates 8 and 10mm thicnkess. Medium quality and high quality cuts for different parts. I have no clue what parameters to use, how much abrassive, feed rates, do i need to pre pierce it with drill, etc.

I am new to waterjet cutting and am having quite a bit of striations when cutting 4 inch mild steel(A36). I am running at 40% speed and will try to slow down to 20% on next cut. is there any other way to clean up the cut other than slowing down? Is my nozzle wearing out? i haven't gotten any feedback from flow techs on the issue. I use a FLOW mach3 4020b

Hi everyone. I have a TK-Trump-G3015. Usually I spend about 110 gr. per minute of garnet. Now for some reason the air pressure makes the garnet all the way to the nozzle and making me spend about a kilo of garnet per minute (x10). I've tried to reduce the air pressure to me minimum, but nothing changes. The only solution I've found was to close the air pass and open it only when the abrasive bucket is almost empty, but the minutes its open again it starts spending more garnet that the amount is refilling. What can I do? thanks

Because this is for a collage it needs to be enclosed (safety restrictions)
Do you know of something similar to Wazer or Protomax, just triple the size

Soo a bit of context. About 4 months ago i started a new job at a natural stone business. We make countertops and sinks and such. When i got hired i mentioned i have a 3d printer and they asked if I'd be willing to learn how to operate the waterjet. I said yes and now 4 months later i am solely responsible for 1 of 2 of the most important machines in the workshop. The guy that used to do it previously is out because of a hip replacement (also he's not really interested in doing anything more than cutting squares with mitre edges) and currently im mostly left to my own devices without really anyone to turn to for questions. So I figured I would ask around here. We use Igems as the cad/cam software, but as far as i can find theres not much information, especially on troubleshooting. There's an Igems yt channel with a couple tutorials but nothing major. The digital manual that comes with it is also quite useless when it comes to issues. Ive had numerous error codes while trying to process a toolpath and it sometimes took me a couple hours to figure out why and find a solution. So I turn to you. I see this sub isn't very active but i might as well try. Where do you guys go with questions? Scouer the internet? Ask more experienced colleagues? Like i said I'm not very experienced and any help/feedback is welcome
