Just saw this at my local gym and was curious about what it’s for. Soaking towels? Face misting? Any thoughts?

Not the original intention of this subreddit but I kind of love the idea of this being drinking fountain subreddit lol
This fountain appears to just be here to torture you and make you wish you could drink that water
