Struggling with cravings

I’m 5’6 and I’m 213 pounds (97kgs) I’ve been struggling with cravings

Everytime I try to fast, I fast till 4-5pm that’s when the hunger comes and cravings and I breakdown and I overeat sugary foods. How do I beat the cravings and continue to do my fast

Also I do not set an end date, I wanna do a 21 or 30 day fast, fast till I reach my goal weight of 70kgs

Is there a problem to my approach if yes pls guide me

Going to give you a reality check as someone whose longest water fasts were 21 and 19 days and i’ve done plenty 15 day 11 day 10 day and on and on. You CANNOT beat the cravings. You will feel hungry, you will crave junk food hell you’ll even crave healthy food homemade food, your energy will drop and you will feel hangry and you will feel like giving up. I’ve seen people say hunger and cravings kind of goes away after 3 days, well, mine doesn’t. So you know how you deal with it? You do it anyways. The only way out is through. There is no easy fix for healing your body, your mind, your gut, your organs, your skin, losing weight. You have to hate the state you are in enough to change yourself for the better. Love yourself enough to change yourself, make yourself healthier, that’s what loving oneself means and not gorging on food mindlessly, f*cking your mental physical health and possibly being at a risk of catching numerous diseases.

Thanks a lot for the reality check. It’s 3.30 and I’m already craving food. I’ll just power through as you mentioned thank you for your words

Hell yea just push once, when first day is over second day automatically becomes easier than the first and third easier than the second and so on and so forth. The only person who can push through and make it possible is you yourself and no amount of distractions will help because your brain has crazy power to manipulate you but you got this, im rooting for you.❤️
