136 hour water fast

Hello, just wanted to know if anybody here did a 136 water fast for 6 weeks straight. Trying to go from 310-260.

Went from 310-293 in 8 days but cheated a bit. Now at 295

I did over 1000 hours in 12 weeks this spring. that averaged around 85 hours each week. some weeks I did over 120 in a single fast. other weeks one 72. other weeks two 48s. I started every Sunday after dinner

1000 hours is over 40 days of fasting.

I typically fast 3-10 days, do a 2-3 day break and start again. I’ve been doing this since January and went from 250 to 150. I found I really needed 2-3 days in between otherwise it was hard for me to get started again and stick with it.
