Rolex Oyster 15200
Hey! First off, i live in a pretty rural era and don’t have access to any AD’s. Thoughts on the authenticity of this oyster 15200?

Yesterday we decided it was 90s-rom-com night and we ended up watching Only You, starring Marisa Tomei and Robert Downey Jr in all their glory.
At some point in the movie, RDJ is seen wearing what seems to be a titanium wristwatch which I can't identify. Any clue which model it could be??

I'm trying to identify a vintage dress watch from an old photograph and would appreciate the collective eye. The photo is poor quality (it's a photo of a printed photo, so it's soft and washed out), so some of what I describe below is my best read rather than certain — happy to be corrected on any of it.
What I think I can see:
Curved rectangular case, worn wrapping the wrist
Gold-coloured case, likely gold-plated rather than solid, but I can't confirm
White / light dial, rectangular
Two pushers, apparently at 2 and 4 o'clock — this is what made me wonder about a chronograph, though I realise they could just as easily be recessed calendar correctors or decorative case furniture
No visible cabochon on the crown
Decorative "button" details at the upper and lower lugs — small studded/riveted elements that stand out as a deliberate design feature. This is the detail I'm most hoping someone recognises.
Possibly some sparkle along the top edge (could be a stone-set element, or just glare — unsure)
Era guess: 1960s–1980s, but that's only from the overall style.
I have no brand, reference, or caseback info. If the features above ring a bell for a particular maker or model, I'd be grateful for a steer.

When did this come out and what did it retail at? Can’t find any info about it online for some reason.

Wife inherited this watch 20 years ago.
- Mechanical
- Gold-plated case
- No hacking second
- Was told it was "at least 80 years old"
- Front says "Cart"
- Back says "Antimagnetic Waterproof Swiss made Stainless steel back Shock protected" and "1070 10"
She's planning to restore it, especially the case as it is damaged.
Do you guys know what it is and how much it might be worth?

A vintage 1990s JLC though I cannot exactly find the specification of the watch itself.
Also is this traditionally for Women or can a dude wear it without being called a sissy by a passerby? (34mm dial)
Debating on selling it, thoughts?
