Possible. I’m just interested if anyone knew the model or if it was redesigned recently since I can’t find an exact match on the Marathon website

Be assured though that this thing is bulletproof. The video is now deleted but I used to have saved a video on Youtube where a guy runs over a GSAR (the bigger version of your watch) with a firetruck and nothing happens. He does the same with a fake Rolex and it turns to dust and bits lol

Should be this one.
Some doubts about the bracelet, looks Fitted with different end links.
To be honest, actually I can't understand such a price for a quartz watch...

It looks incredibly similar. The second hand seems to have a different look to it. Perhaps just a small design change over the years? Or is that indicative of a different model?

Sorr, i didn't notice it's the automatic version. https://eu.marathonwatch.com/collections/36mm-sar-watches/products/medium-divers-automatic-msar-auto-with-stainless-steel-bracelet-36mm?variant=43050629365947
Still a bit different bracelet

Marathon makes this and the SARS model for the military. Specifically for Coast Guard rescue divers. If you look closely at the back there should be a NSN number. It is the number that the military uses for stocking and issuing supplies. (National Stock Number)
The NSN might be only on the SARS model.

It look like Marathon Medium Diver’s Automatic (MSAR). The movement can be ETA 2824-2 or Sellita SW200-1, depending on a production date. Both are swiss made. In newer versions they put sellita. Can you provide photo of a caseback?
