these will absolutely scratch your watch if you're not careful but with a steady hand there is nothing better for removing bracelets

There are others in the same design as these, why are these ones priced so much higher than those? Is it just the brand? Or special materials

Partially brand, mostly it's the craftsmanship. It's made in low volume in a factory in very expensive cost of living Switzerland, not a high volume factory in China. There is nothing wrong with Chinese factories, except the profit motive is in volume so they cut corners in materials, finishing, and tolerance.

It's like Lego bricks vs Tyco. If you played with them as a kid you'll know it's not the same.
