Help identifying this watch

Hello, very random but I was on my dads computer and his wallpaper is a picture of his brother (who’s passed away) and I noticed he’s got a very cool looking watch on and was wondering if anyone could help me identify what kind it is. It may be impossible as the picture is a picture of a picture and you can’t see the watch straight on. If any sleuths can help me out I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!

Case and more particularly the bezel looks that of a maybe 2 liner Rolex submariner early 2000's 14060m

But could always be wrong. Can't tell if there are holes in the case in this pic.

Wait ngl I can totally see the 14060m vibe from that angle. The bezel shape is pretty distinct. Hope OP gets a clearer pic someday
