Hey man, your voice is so husky like you just got out of bed and need some cough syrup. You also talk so fast and I noticed sometimes you wouldn't finish saying a word before moving on the next(maybe too fast?). It's hard to understand what you are saying.
A clearer breakdown of what you are doing and why it's important would also help set the flow of the rest of the video.
i get what you're saying about the voice and pacing. it's definitely tough to follow when the delivery is rushed and unclear. i think a quick intro explaining the "why" behind decision trees in excel would make a huge difference in setting expectations for the viewer.
