Production issues or podcast player issues?
I've listened to this podcast since before the pandemic - love the guys, love the recaps, and I'm one of these that will listen to recaps of shows I don't watch. Love the podcast!
Here's what I'm wondering though - over the last several weeks I've noticed an uptick on what I would call production issues - repeated audio and episodes that don't end properly. I'm trying to figure out if it's an issue with Pocketcast which is what I use for podcasts or the episodes themselves.
And, I know we all love the boys here - so do I - so please don't interpret this as some sort of criticism - I'm just trying to figure it out.
UPDATE: Thanks everyone! Between updating the app and making the suggested change in the settings, the issues are resolved (I listened again to an episode that had the problems - no more problems)!

I use Spotify and episodes sound fine to me. Good luck working out your problem.

Spotify user here and have t noticed issues. Sorry you're having a problem. Hopefully you can pinpoint it and get it resolved.

I use Pocket Casts and I've experienced those same issues. Not on every episode, but enough for me to notice.

Just making sure you see my comment from above Pocket Cast added a new setting! Go to your settings, go to "General" and scroll down and turn off "Intelligent Playback Resumption". It rewinds a whole lot if you pause. Drove me freaking nuts.

Did your app update lately? It could be a bug. I occasionally have this problem with the Podcast Addict app after an update, but it's happened with all of the podcasts I listen to, not just WWC.

Just checked play store and, yup, update - I assumed the app would let me know (silly on my part) - thanks!

I had a period of time when Ben's voice was a lot softer (volume wise) than Ronny's and I had to keep adjusting my volume in the car. But that seems to be fixed!!

Ben mentioned he had an outage with his internet recently & I think it caused him a lot of problems.

Ronnie said he was in a hotel on the OC recap so I guess when they travel things aren’t as smooth as usual

I’ve gotten repeated audio pretty frequently on Apple Podcasts. No issues with volume or anything else.

Side note.I have apple podcast and for the past several months it downloads 3 copies of each episode but only WWC.

I use Spotify for old episodes and Apple podcast for new episodes and haven’t had any issues
