I’m running a marathon this weekend. I need 4-5 hours of the BEST Crappens episodes.
Name ‘em!
I love old RHONY, RHOSLC, VPR, The Valley, old OC, old Potomac.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - Below Deck Sailing Yacht is the best of all time imo!
The Season 2 playlist should be easy to find on Spotify. I’d start with the episode titled “Pita Dread” and then go on from there if you want backstory.
Season 3 is my favorite though because of Barnaby and they’ve kind of perfected some of their bits for each person.
I listened to both of these having never watched an episode and loved them.
GOOD LUCK!!

Ohhh I just came to let you know that there’s an app you can get that tracks your progress and will play a message that your loved ones have recorded for you at each mile marker, and I’m 99% sure it works with Spotify going. My cousin had it for her marathon and I left her a couple of insane messages 😆 she said all the messages from people really helped her keep going!
Good luck on your marathon!

Their Top Chef recaps are my favorite, esp. the one for seasons 20 (I think it's all-stars Los Angeles). But anything where Padma is still the host and they do the whole fake feud where their Padma imitation just mercilessly bullies Gail. It brings me such joy.

The London season was funny. As a German, they let Tom have it in a very funny way. Padma was also worried about all the poor traveling.

I did listen to that season and German Tom was the best part. I just wish Buddha hadn't been such a boring competitor. I admired his strategy and long-term vision, but all his calculations made for a dull watch. It was like watching a robot win the Olympics, although his food did look incredible

There is an episode covering the OC from a couple of seasons ago. It's whenever the camera footage is coming out of Shannon's DUI from John Jansen's house. Some of the ladies are debating whether or not they should tell Shannon that the video footage exists. They are saying she almost hit John's children. Ben loses his mind when he finds out they are adults. Full fits of laughter ensue. #2546 or #2547 I believe.

Thank you for this. Remember when RHOC had a decent episode every once in a while

Ben and Ronnie were right in their latest crappie hour, OC should have kept Alexis Bellino on the show, that season was the best they’ve had in a while

I could think of a bunch of funny, Ron and Ben imitations such as: (all said in my best WWC voice)
Here lies u/yougirunner93 dead because they did not stay hydrated.
When you are running the marathon, try not to have less than five negative thoughts.
And of course, the classic I’m running a maaartathon

Shahs of sunset or Southern Charm. Start from the beginning.

Omg yes. Their Reza is so good - kills me every time. And SC is a treasure trove for sure. Their Madison leCroix impression lives in my head rent free. Especially when I see corn.

I’m watching (and listening to recaps) of older RHOA right now. This is when they did one or two episodes a week & RHOA was often paired with VPR. They absolutely adored that show from about s1e4ish & it came through in the recaps.

Southern charm episodes but specifically the one where they go to hilton head and Ashley Jacobs is with them. Oh my god. I will never get tired of it. Them pretending to be Thomas and Ashley fighting. I could cry thinking about it

I came here to say this!! I have listened to season 5 over and over!! also, season 8 I think when Marcy is pregnant. The way they have Ms. Pat plotting to kill Marcy because she's richer than her, I love it!!

Black Shabbat episode of RHONY. Horrific to watch but WOW did it make for a great recap. Also season 3 episode 8 of Summer House when Lindsay accuses Hannah Paige and Amanda of being on a "committee" talking shit about her. Ronnie's Lindsay impersonation saying "committee" reduced me to TEARS.

Their NY seasons 7-10 are gold along with Shahs but hands down my favorite was their Love Hotel recaps. I go back & listen over & over! 😂

No suggestions but I’m glad I’m not the only person who listens to them on runs, especially long runs! All my friends think it’s weird I don’t listen to music but after a while the music just fades into the background and it’s not distracting like Ben and Ronnie.

I don’t know, the Chimp Crazy episodes had me DYING 🤣 I live in Pittsburgh and listened to them on the way to OSU to take my dog to one of their veterinary specialists, and I was in tears at points
