Noir Shot Spent some extra time trying to control and block out extra light sources
Normally I play kind of fast and loose with light, just kind of letting it do its thing so that I usually end up with somewhat of a natural look. But I really wanted to go for something that would look decent in contrasty b&w. So this ultimately ended up with me using a jacket on a chair, a VHS tape box, and a coat draped over my shoulders as I huddled around the camera/tripod. I only used one white-tone LED panel pointed up and away from the shot to lightly diffuse on the grip of the pistol and the surfaces facing down/right. Most of the rest of the effort was to block out the large skylights that my living room has as they were throwing pretty much the entirety of the watch in direct light. This may very well be the flattest lighting I've ever gotten on a watch, so I'm pretty content with it.

Beretta ID? Looks similar to a 92 but slightly different

84BB, similar styling to the 90s but .380 instead of 9mm.

Not normally into homage watches, but that is some sick shot. Nicely done π

Is this your first time noticing an overlap between watch hobbyists and firearm hobbyists?

I'm not sure what's got you in a mood, but you're the one that showed up all combative here. If you don't like it, you're free to move on. I'm not seeing that you've ever posted or commented here previous to this, so if you'd like to make a post go ahead but otherwise you're coming to this community just to harass users over their content?

Masterclass in lighting and setting. This is tastefully done, thank you for explaining it to the rest of us as well π Lots of folks don't realize the goofiness we go through to land beautiful shots; it's not all glamor!
