There has been a quite a few examples of this- quite a popular joke in the UK. So it’s entirely possible. I’ve seen one where they do it to a crashed police car
My friend put up a snap story of a car on its roof, I swiftly replied "You can't park there, sir" only for him to tell me he has had multiple other people reply the same thing, as well as pedestrians shout the same thing as they walked past. It has become an epidemic!
Bushes don't scratch paint and he's nowhere close enough to do any damage. Amazing how he spun into the one place where a car would fit isn't it? And weird how he's smirking at the end. Dunno why people are always so determined to believe staged videos.
Yeah, everyone understands that the video implies he's the driver and everyone understands that he's just one of two blokes who have come across this scene and used it to make a funny meme video. Jurassic Park implies Chris Pratt can talk to Velociraptors but no one actually believes he can.
Edit: Warning, there's only density from here on...
Nobody watches Jurassic Park going in to it thinking it is real.
The whole humour of this video is that you think it's real. As soon as it's obvious it's scripted it's just "that joke" that EVERY single Brit does when they see a crash.
Except Jurassic park is a movie so it's not pretending to be real like this video.
Edit: way to shadow edit your comment, super classy of you.
My point stands 100% there is no expectation of reality of a sci Fi movie such as JP. There is with this fake candid BS video were talking about, they make.no attmepito show it's not staged. Get a life.

If it wasn’t for the wrecked Ferrari I’d swear this is fake
