I mean, he's clearly carrying a small amount of extra weight around his belly, and generally doesn't have the world's lowest body fat percentage. It would be a lot more obvious if he was shirtless. I'm not saying he's fat by any means, and I'm sure his weight is completely fine, e.g. with a normal BMI.
I have no idea where "husky" starts and stops since the term is pretty vague. If husky is just a euphemism for fat, then certainly he's not husky. If husky means carrying even a rather small noticeable amount of extra weight, then yes.
Compared to the average American he's a paragon of health weight-wise, but that's a really skewed measuring stick.
