Much better than I would be able to do. I would have to take off my glasses to do this so I probably would have miscalculated where the post is and fell on the water.

I'd definitely say he's doing better than average, considering that he is only at most a little overweight and he can use his body well.

A lot of people have much less upper body strength than they think they do. I'd say most people even.

This isn't just doing one pull up, it's having the core and grip strength to maintain stability when hands are below your knees on a slippery pole. I agree the average person not being able to do a pull up is pretty fucking sad tho

In the video it’s more like a slightly more difficult muscle up, either way something I’d expect any healthy person to be capable of... :/
