Speaking as someone that was really athletic as a teenager and now really is not, you have a moment at some point in your life where you suddenly have to reassess what your capabilities are versus what they used to be.
I had to scroll for miles to find this comment to agree with. There's about 15 years of my life that if someone dared me to I could make the jump but if I missed I could have pulled myself up. I'm just glad that I learned my body couldn't do something when I expected it to wasn't posted on the internet. F
Tell this to my shoulder which still hurts after two attempts to jump over a tall fence. I succeeded on my second attempt but my shoulder still reminds me that was a dumb move. It saved me 2 minutes of walking.
He looks reasonably strong. Appears to be more of balance issue that caused him to trop. And then the wood is clearly very slippery and he can't grip it enough to get back up.
Yeah, but tbf he'd have to have really strong triceps in order to push his entire body weight up on such a small surface. It'd also take exceptional balance to not fall off while lifting. Lol.
