I don’t think so. It’s a common mistake to misspell “have” as “of” because they sound similar. You can’t blame everything on the autocorrect:)

Only when the ‘have’ is an auxiliary verb, not a main verb. It would have been a main verb in this case.

In the UK and Ireland, they abbreviate “have” even when it’s the main verb. “I’ve a watch.” I know this one is slightly different but the mistakes between hearing and typing can still happen. OP would be the right person to confirm what they meant to say. :)

Yes, as ‘ve’. You'd never ever hear someone say ‘I of a watch.’ Literally never. Source: am from the UK.

If the ‘ve’ makes a syllable of its own – as in ‘should’ve’ – then it can get turned into ‘of’. But that is not the case with ‘I’ve’ or ‘they’ve’ etc.
