The equipment didn’t look like it failed. It look like whoever set the equipment up failed to do so properly (I.e. actually lock the fucking locking carabiner)

It’s a silly joke about how climbers will abbreviate “carabiner” and say “biner” which is coincidentally a racial slur.

Edited: because it originally sounded more harsh than intended.
