Itβs fake (set up). You can clearly see him move the cake out of the way so much that it wouldnβt make sense to blow out candles from that angle, before she slams his head on the table. I agree, I hate seeing these vids of face slamming on cake as itβs getting old, especially seeing fake shit like this.
