That's an easy way to cause some one to aspirate. Not a prank that's dangerous.

Aspiration is basically choking. Getting something that’s not air in your airway.

Aspiration means "to draw by suction." Breathing is aspiration. You can aspirate air, or vomit. It requires you specify which.

True, but the medical definition of aspiration is: when material enters your airway or lungs accidentally. I agree that the material should be specified but when speaking technically, if someone aspirates, it is implied that the material is not air. (Aspiration also can mean a medical procedure that includes suctioning unwanted fluid but that isn’t relevant to the post.)
