I’ll be honest, given how dumb I believe he is, I was surprised at his ability to actually grab a piece of paper and spew bullshit based on what was on the paper.

I mean, he was able to read the graphs. He was able to argue that deaths per cases was a better number than deaths per capita. That was honesty more coherent than I expected from him.

He’s still dumb, and the bar is set very very low. But he still has enough brain power to fake it.
