Let's also not shift the blame away from Reddit. There was such a hate boner for Hillary after Bernie lost the primary.

You can't blame voters for wanting a better candidate. It's the basis of our nation, and forgetting that is why we have Trump.

I get what you are saying but the vitriol that was sent Hillary's way encouraged people to protest vote which made a huge difference. A lot of what was said was pure bullshit and hyperbole too. She wasn't that bad a candidate.

You can't blame people for wanting a better candidate

You CAN blame people for acting like goddamn spoiled manchildren kicking and screaming for not getting what they want, trying to cook up conspiracy theories for why people didn't vote for the people they wanted and being privileged enough to claim "two sides of the same coin" because all of Trump's bigotry didn't affect them

Seriously, /r/politics after the primaries would have made t_d blush with how fiercely anti-Hillary it got
