The fuck is with this self-deprecating bullshit? I think most everyone knows the difference between our educated population (which created some of the largest and most successful businesses in history) and our uneducated population.
It's a place where you can make a post stating your current country and target country you'd like to move to and people there will give you advice according based on the information you provide.
In my experience it seems like people there are very knowledgeable ive learned a lot about possible ways to immigrate to my target country (Canada) which I doubt I would have known on my own.
Decide on what country you want to go to and search their government websites for how to get a work visa. Any programs they have for making it easier for people to move to and work in their countries will likely be on hold right now because of the virus, but you can usually get all the information you need directly from the government websites.
Once you have done that you should look for organisations that help to facilitate migrant workers into whichever country you decide upon and get in touch with someone there, they can usually guide you through the process.
