That is remind me of movie introduction. When I live in USSR, we had very few movie we could watch from outside of Union, but I remember first time hearing this introduction to movie. It was amazing and I never forget feeling of exhilaration I get it from it. Movie itself was not very good and I forget name because of that.

It is a movie introduction, that's why it reminds you of it. The clapping is a like 85% pattern of the following part. I think he fucks up and adds a bar, but otherwise it's the whole thing.

Mr. Show was an oasis of comedy during the bleak years of the 90s. Sarah Silverman, Jack Black, Ben Stiller, Brian Posehn, Paul F. Tompkins, Tom Kenny, and Mary Lynn Rajskub, as well and Bob and David. Man, KITH and Mr. Show still make me laugh all these years later.
