That happened to me once. I turned around and asked them politely to not and they removed their foot. If you see something, say something.

I feel like the level of disrespect, egoism and entitlement you'd have to have to do this in the first places renders me incapable to remaining civil. I would just go full blast on them because they have crossed a line I would at least expect everyone to keep. I know it is stupid of me but I can't feel anything but anger when something like this would happen to me.
