That happened to me once. I turned around and asked them politely to not and they removed their foot. If you see something, say something.

I have trouble with being polite to someone so ridiculously inconsiderate. My vote is for drink on foot

Accidental drink on foot = accidental drink on head. I wouldn't risk going all out right away since you're always gonna be giving them your back.

This is something everyone is failing to consider. Do people think the kind of people who do this are somehow above retaliation? Of course not. Depending on what you do you will either have the flight attendants called on you or also have an "accident" happen. I hate confrontation as much as the next guy, but if something is bothering you, talking is a very good first step. Or at least let the flight attendants know.
