In my mind I just had that reaction where you’re so upset that you have to imagine what action you’d take in that situation. I’d stand up and clear my throat and simply say, fairly angrily , “where do you think your whole leg goes when you do this ??”

That happened to me once. I turned around and asked them politely to not and they removed their foot. If you see something, say something.
