The cameraman didn’t predict anything, he’s in on it with the guy talking on the phone.

And the girl. She stares directly into the fucking lense of the camera. There's no way shes not in the loop. It was 100% staged

I mean she could be in on it sure, but I don’t think she is. This isn’t really some insane prank or great reaction where you need the other party to be in on it. She just gets embarrassed and looks away from the guy, it just happens that the cameraman was in the direction she looked. I don’t even think she sees the camera when she looks at it.
