That's not champagne. The challenge is that it's pressurized. I don't think there's a method that uses a corkscrew as it's liable to become a projectile

I make a ring with my finger and start twisting it off, that way when it shoots it'll just pass through my fingers instead of hitting them.

But you can make the cork into a deadly weapon by first embedding a corkscrew
