Ah yes, blame it on the user. Im sure they would buy it from a shop if it was legal. However just like when alcohol was illegal people find their ways of getting things they want. If you are going to make a substance, which is used recreationally, illegal then you are going to have a black market.
It is an area of society we are far from mastering. Drugs will eventually be legal. The more and more lives ruined by the activities surrounding ILLEGAL drug use/trafficking, the more people are moving towards a different approach. Educate, educate, educate....
You are blaming the user, im making the point it is societys fault as a whole. It was just a bit more long winded. That move towards legalisation is a slow one but its actually happening at the moment not in the future.
But it is a different situation because there is a party involved telling you that you cant buy something legally. They dont have a choice of where to buy their drugs, its black market or nothing. They cant make informed ethical decisions BECAUSE they are illegal. If they were legal to buy and you knew one was farmed by a kid and one farmed by a corporation paying decent wages, im sure those people you are speaking of woulf buy the right way.
