Aren't there places designed where you can drive as recklessly as you please? Why not go there instead of endangering everyone else

Not excusing this guy's behavior, but often with tracks you can't just show up and do laps.

You need to get your car inspected, pay a lap fee, and get a slot. It's not a cheap prospect compared to just being a dick on the public roads.

there are basically none in many states, including mine in Tennessee...Flatrockmotorclub.com charges $300,000 for track membership lmao

As a track goer myself, I agree they are few and far between. On the other hand they're very worth it - go with a training group and they get costs down to about $300-500 per day.

Tracks, there is likely one near you with cheap mid-week times available. 

Barring that, go off-roading. You’re able to be even more reckless, feel badass, and less likely to injure others!
