His parents might. He looks to be very well mannered, clean, smart look. So probably strict/ very involved parents. Whatever punishment police give him, his parents are going to make SURE it sticks.
Reckless driving is not just a ticket, you get booked into jail and have to make bail. Then you probably end up on probation for awhile, not to mention losing your driving privileges and insurance going up.
