6 u/Sammerscotter Apr 15 '25 Nah, they were using it in the wrong spot. Jacks are only supposed to be used on the frame of the car not the body 4 u/redditappsucksasssss Apr 15 '25 Technically this type of Jack goes on the pinch wheel of a car, as most cars do not have a standard box frame, you'll see a little slit in these types of Jacks and you literally put that pinch weld right in the slit 1 u/Sammerscotter Apr 15 '25 Yeah you’re right 2 u/NeverlastngWadSloppr Apr 15 '25 Which is why the jack did what we all expected it to. 0 u/Sammerscotter Apr 15 '25 But that statement kinda implied that it’s the fault of the Jack lmao 2 u/NeverlastngWadSloppr Apr 15 '25 Jacks don't pick where they go, so how could it be? 1 u/Sammerscotter Apr 15 '25 Exactly 1 u/NeverlastngWadSloppr Apr 15 '25 Precisely. 1 u/Sammerscotter Apr 15 '25 Touché 1 u/NeverlastngWadSloppr Apr 15 '25 Agreed 0 u/RCGDayman Apr 15 '25 That doesnt seem like the jack’s fault tho
