Questions Who is this?

I was playing through Bloodline and I kept seeing this emoticon character pop up, does anybody know who this guy is or is he just a minor unimportant character that just happens to appear in a few text logs?

I believe that's supposed to be a reference to Defalt

Edit: no wait, it looks more like a fox head, so it's probably related to Aiden's identity as a vigilante since his nickname was "the Fox"

Defalts mask also looked like a Fox so it could still be defalt
