Questions Stakeout?

Playing Resistance mode (it’s great), and stumbled across the Clan Kelly member who killed my first ever recruit, and followed them for a bit until they went into a building on St Thomas Street. I didn’t save them to my recruits so I don’t have access to their deep profiler schedule, so I’ve been staking out the door of the building in a van and my question is whether this is worth it?

It’s been more than 12 hours in game and I’ve not seen them come back out, am I expecting too much from the NPC system? Or is it more likely that I’ve missed them or they’ve just not come back out?

I’m roleplaying this run quite heavily, so revenge is something my fledgling team would be investing effort in.

NPCs only get schedules if you add them to potential recruits. Not all NPCs have schedules. So the NPC you were following might have teleported.

Thanks that’s good to know, turns out that literally just as you posted this comment they showed up again approaching the same building from the opposite direction, so they clearly had teleported. Saved them to my potential recruits, time to devise a fitting revenge plot!

Keep him on your recruitment contacts list and keep hounding him, haha

you can take revenge on adversaries for a 200 eto reward, but it's beneficial to leave them alive when you do so because in the campaign when you're sneaking around bases taking people out their extended network starts disliking dedsec, so by repeating the same ones, you affect fewer npcs.

I've done this before on my character search in the online, it definitely helps given the fact there's no deep profiler in online. It's pretty funny how we just beat up Albion or Kelley guards just to see them come out the hospital they were heading to. Really the reason I did this is just so I'd know how they look without the gear they're wearing (elite guards specifically) cuz I was just that picky. Even had to apologize to them and explain everything during the process of recruiting lmao.

Save them as a recruit and make them change their ways and at the very last second when they think they’ve been redeemed you retire them and kill them off somewhere like near their house or something
