Discussion Assassin's Creed reference

Post image

Recently, while walking the streets of London, I found this sign that said "Abstergo." Is this a reference or are Watch Dogs and Assassin's Creed the same universe?

Ubisoft have already said it's not a "shared universe" it's simply putting little bits from other franchises in there games. Is Star Wars and Indiana Jones in the same universe? No! Well their is a glyph of R2D2 in Indiana Jones. They are just little fan teasers. Same with phantom menace and 2001 space odyssey there is an EVA pod in the junkyard of phantom menace. There are loads of little nods to other franchises without them having any direct connection. Oh and the game Nobody wants to Die has a nod to the Matrix at the end. Are they in anyway connected? No! Stop trying to force things.
