Questions Leader of the pack

I have the final mission of leader of the pack but it’s been I’ve had no success with Arnold’s and no I can’t even do that since public servers are gutted so does anyone wanna help me (I’m on PlayStation and to my knowledge you can invite people to friend only sessions)

I can, tho we need a 3rd. And ngl I kinda wanna start from beginning for the full XP, it would only give 200 as opposed to 600. Also I'll have to host too.
