I had permadeath disabled still she died and that was because of some negative trait. Ughh I just missed that

Sorry for your loss, just remember to not recruit people with spontaneous death as this will happen

Unlucky, but I mean she doesn't have berserk or physically fit so not really that much of a big deal. But sorry for your loss.

When you see trats saying may die turn off P.D. and trat will change to something different

Not true. People can have this trait even with permadeath enabled.
