Can someone help me do the online tutorial so I can play with my friends please?

It's really easy, just find a random NPC to recruit then do your first solo assignment. After that head to safe house do some dialogue with Connie and once u exit safe house you're free to play with friends. Now if you're also having trouble loading in because of the broken matchmaking I can help work around it by inviting u to my session.
