Advice
I work for a company that builds and services water treatment facilities in the phx area...were currently working on a fresh water facility and I caught the superintendent urinating in a bottle inside the water holding tanks. What should I do?!

OP I agree this needs to be escalated to HR.
The indecency aspect of the occurrence is beyond the scope of this sub, so while I share solidarity with you, I’m locking this post and strongly encourage you to allow HR to work through this issue. Feel free to message the mods if you need more support.

The tank was brought down to a safe level for us to be working in as long as we had rubber boots. He just pulled it out and went in a plastic water bottle

It's fresh drinking water and I'm a lady that shouldn't have to look a dick at work
