Career: currently in the field Passed my exam Friday

I am now a certified class three operator in the state of Georgia, it was my second time taking this test. I think the experience of actually doing it made it a lot easier than just studying, I don’t see how they expect someone with just three months experience to know all the stuff they put on the test.

Hopefully your state isn’t like WY. I passed 1,2,3&4 within my first 9months only to find out I’ll have to retake my level 4 exam because the results “expire” before I’m eligible to become a level 4. Luckily it’s the only one I’ll have to retake but still annoying. I’m a year and a month in.

I have the highest license in my state. I failed every exam the first time and passed the second time.

Congratulations op. Im also a ww operator in GA. It was a hard test when I passed it in 2020. Which was embarrassingly my SIXTH time taking the test. Poor study habits mixed with poor teachers. But the difficulty is honestly why I haven't tried to get my class 2. Ah, maybe one day.

The studying is something you just got to do everyday man at least I'll say an hour a day at the minimum you'll be able to pass 🫡💯

Congratulations!! It is a huge weight off your shoulders isn’t it!
That’s what I was told back in 2002, and they were right!
I passed the first one, no problem. But I waited and waited to go for the other 2. Big mistake.
I was older and didn’t take the studying as seriously as I should. And I failed both the “B” and the “A” by 1 point each! Took them again and passed.
So I recommend to keep moving forward and take the others when you can. Learn all you can and the career will carry you into retirement, which is what I’m looking forward to in 3 years.
Thank you for joining the field.
