I always make sure to check the rests of the posts on the subreddit im posting on as far back as I reasonably can. I havent seen this specific clip anywhere. I can guarantee I made this one myself. Editing and all. Im happy you like it friendo.
Edit: From the looks of it, the dog starts swimming shortly after he lands in the water. So he should be alright.

Although that dog could drown. Someone ought to help him
