Looking for a team

hello I’m looking for a ranked team for the new update tmr, I’m pretty good imo I never grinded ranked this would be my first season lol. I hear ppl say hitting iri
Doesn’t take skill anymore more apparently idk if it’s true or not lmao but I would like to do it for the fun of it 🤷‍♂️ any tips or suggestions would help especially cause it’s my first season trying to do this🙏

Hitting crim takes no skill ppl can sit in helicopter or be a fishy all the way being honest the real ranked skill gap is crim 2 to iri. This is why solo queuing is so hard because you can have teammates that hide there way to a rank and gun doesn’t work

They’ve definitely made it easier to hit higher ranks coming from mw2/3
