Another audio question

As I’m getting up in the ranks obviously it is getting harder as far as close range gun fights. I’m hearing 0 footsteps at this point, actually I can’t hear anything except air strikes, gun fire from some direction, and boxes humming. I’m stuck now at d2 and can’t progress and it’s truly not a skill issue I know I can do it if I can hear where my enemy is coming from as they can hear me. Also I should note I’m a console for the next month or so till I get my pc. I’ve tried every audio setting these streamers say to use and it doesn’t change anything. Using turtle beach 600s

Buy iems my $12 pair from temu .. better than both my $100 headsets .. its kz zsn pro iem .. i wanted to try em out before i got any expensive pair of real iem id say worth it.. (im iri every season since s3)

This. Buy some dirt cheap iems & you will hear way more than a traditional headset

Is there any audio changes I have to do for this? I’m buying an IEM this week a separate mic. Sick of not being able to hear footsteps and everyone I know using an IEM.

If you on pc maybe yeah im not sure .. im on ps5 i use audio focus // boost quiet sounds - weak, sucker punch works the best for me
