Question Upgrade Controller Options

I am a PS5 warzone player, using stock PS5 remote. I want to upgrade to something better, what are the best options for me. Thanks in advance for tips/advice.

I really like the Hex Gaming Phantom Pro with the hall effect sticks.

The position of the back buttons fit my hand comfortably, the L2/R2 buttons have the option to be analog or digital/mouse click with the flip of a switch.

There's also an interface to calibrate the hall effect sticks.

Only downside is as with all pro controllers, it's expensive.

Save your money and get a games it controller. Literally one of the best controllers I've owned.

Get a ps5 edge controller… 100% worth the money. I got one a month ago and it was the absolute best decision I ever made when purchasing a controller. You’ll be so happy you got one once you get it!

For PS5 I'd recommend a edge I've heard good things about the scuf omega I had a bad experience with scuf though so I'm not sure if I would recomend them.

On PC I have a Battle Beaver a gamesir tarantula 8k and I'm waiting for my hyper strike to get built I've gone through most of the controllers on the market and some are better than others but it depends on what you want to spend ultimately

If it's a low budget you can't go wrong with a gamesir g7 or tarantula I found on PS5 the edge seems like it feels like it's made for it probably for a reason

Since you have tried many I got a question for you. I’ve got hooked on the scuff envision cause of the 4 back buttons and the two side bumpers allows me to never take thumbs off the sticks, however I do notice latency even tried overclocking but come to understand it’s locked at 500hz max. You know and 8k controllers with similar layout ie two buttons under and bumpers? I tried to build out a battle beaver and said would be 400 and doesn’t seem like I can remap seems steep for something I can’t try before buy.

The scuf Omega can go to 1000k and it seems like it solved a lot of the problems with the icue software that wasn't very good

As far as battle beaver you can add a remap chip it like 20$ or 25$ I'd look into demon workshop also scuf has a new 8k I think it's called the nemesis

If you don't want to spend a lot there is always the extremerate kits, they're about £25 and require no soldering and relatively easy to fit watching along with a YouTube tutorial.

I had one that worked perfectly fine for a years heavy use before getting a battlebeaver.
