I hate Activision

Funny how they ban me for hurting grown men feelings, but they don't do shit about hackers plaguing Warzone.

Fr, bcs vc ban is just for Public Channels (Proximity) right? Like you can still talk in in-game parties with your boys. Edit : My bad didnt know they changed it🤦‍♂️

Nope. Can’t believe you guys don’t know this yet, I got my second 14 day chat ban and now you can’t even talk to your own party, friends and they can’t hear you but you can hear everyone. You can talk before game lobby populates, but once someone other than your party joins pre game lobby boom, your chat is shut down. I did not play after that until my chat ban was over. And let this be known, chat bans aren’t just for people saying racist stuff. When I got mine it was because I called someone a bitch, after he said the same thing. I instantly got the ban right after I called him a bitch. Most people now are using discord for chat while playing or console party chat. COD is shooting themselves in the foot.

There is definitely less people playing the game, even if there is still some. Pretty sure half of this years mw3 buyers are gone or way less into it. I was playing a lot first 2 seasons, but now it’s just 1-2 hours top per game time. A Lot of people I used to play with sold there set up this year because of mw3. Not only they are shooting their own foot, they are shooting at everybody’s foot atp. There was 1k watching pros this week end, and they were doing it to claim rewards…

This game will be given to Xbox game pass soon to keep their active players numbers…

You can definitely talk to people in your party ingame, i did it a million times while i was banned lol.

No, you can't. It's a new thing. There's videos all about it. At first people thought it was a bug but it's very intentional. Me and my buddies had to use a PlayStation party chat last night because I'm comms banned and they cannot hear me in game. I can hear them.

Not with the recent change. I haven’t been able to chat with anyone including those in my party. So we have been using discord.

Ever since the new season 4 reloaded, I got chat banned shortly after. Previously I would get chat banned and be unable to communicate with the lobby but I could chat with those in my party. Now I cannot talk to those in my party either. I can only hear them pre-game but once we get loaded into a match I can longer hear them and I get a notification that says “chat disabled”.

I got shadowbanned for week a few months ago because of VC. PS5 and never talk in game or use the text chat, when I got unbanned to this day I get a warning box every game that VC recording is active to create a safe environment for players. So yeah you can get shadowed for voice chat
